GM and Kage rules: 1.No free ranks 2.Same as normal rules 3.No power abusing 4.Respect fellow players and Staff 5.No tele killing (teleporting to a player and killing him) 6.You dont have to accept Kage Challanges from people under the rank of ANBU 7.There maximum number of chuunins hosted in one day is 2. 8.Leader / Kages have to accept atleast 2 challanges a day. 9.Leader / Kage can only be challanged by someone in his village/organization, a staff member must watch the fight.
